Linda Tinoly

Linda Tinoly has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Linda started their career as a Creative Assistant/Assistant Media Buyer/Traffic Manager at Smith, Badofsky & Raffel in 1984. From there, they moved on to Leo Burnett Advertising where they served as a Broadcast Business Supervisor, overseeing the broadcast business affairs and budgets of top clients such as Kellogg's Kraft, McDonald's, and Tropicana.

In 1990, Linda joined Hal Riney & Partners as the Director of Business Affairs, responsible for managing all aspects of the broadcast production process for agency clients. After four years, they transitioned to SAP/Campbell Software as the Manager of Administration, managing all people and capital resources for the Chicago office of the workforce management software company.

Linda's next role was at Open Port Technology in 2000, where they worked as an HR Specialist, handling recruiting, benefit design/administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and internal training. Linda received the President's Award for outstanding achievement during their tenure.

Starting in 2001, Linda spent almost a decade at FCB as the SVP, Director of Production Operations, where they created and managed industry-leading Production and Business Affairs teams to handle agency clients' broadcast production and digital needs.

In 2010, Linda joined Talent Partners as the Chief Client Officer, playing a key role in serving agency and advertiser clients and their performer payroll and business affairs needs. Linda significantly increased client satisfaction and staff performance and helped grow the business internationally.

Linda's experience also includes working as an Executive Coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., where they provided consultation and support for job seekers in maximizing their potential and navigating the next phase of their careers.

Linda'smost recent position is with Diner Films, Inc. as the Director of Business Affairs, where they work closely with agencies, marketers, and clients to bring their creative vision to life. Linda'sexpertise includes consultation, strategic direction, talent guidance, influencer agreements, celebrity ideation/negotiation, music supervision and licensing, production tax incentives, and personalized marketing plans.

Currently, Linda holds the role of U.S. Client Services Director at MurphyCobb & Associates Ltd., where they utilize their vast experience to provide exceptional service to clients.

Linda Tinoly pursued their education by completing an MBA coursework from DePaul University between 1989 and 1991 with a focus on Management. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Linda attended the Gies College of Business from 1980 to 1984.
