Crystal Muñoz

Crystal Muñoz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Crystal is currently working as an Employee Benefits - Account Representative - Benefit Administration at AssuredPartners since July 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at Murray from 2016 to 2021, where they held two roles - Benefit Technology Team Leader, responsible for overseeing Benefit Technology accounting functions and implementing process improvements, and Account Manager in Benefit Administration, assisting clients with benefit enrollment and tracking.

Crystal Muñoz also has experience in the healthcare industry. Crystal worked as a Patient Account Representative at UPMC from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held positions at Penn State Health St. Joseph as a Patient Access Associate and at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center as a Senior Associate. Additionally, they worked at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital from 2009 to 2015, initially as a Patient Access Training Specialist and later as a Patient Financial Advocate, where they handled eligibility and liability determination for patients and assisted self-pay patients in obtaining healthcare.

Early in their career, Crystal owned and operated Crystal Muñoz Photography, showcasing their skills as a photographer.

Crystal Muñoz attended Full Sail University from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts. In addition to their education, they have obtained various certifications. In July 2018, they acquired an Active Pennsylvania Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities Resident Producer Individual License from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department (PID). Furthermore, in March 2018, Crystal earned a Benefits Technology Certification from NAHU (National Association of Health Underwriters).
