Moneal Desai

Moneal Desai, MHA, currently serves as the Ambulatory Services and Program Manager at MUSC Health since June 2022, overseeing multispecialty practice operations and programs. Previously, Moneal held roles as the Ambulatory Services and Special Projects Manager and interim manager for Ben Sawyer Primary Care and Allergy, focusing on HR, finance, and operational functions. An Administrative Fellow at South Carolina's top-ranked health system, Moneal led key projects, including the establishment of a non-chemo infusion clinic and the operationalization of the SOGI initiative. Moneal gained experience as an intern with the American Medical Association and contributed to guest experience at Topgolf, alongside working as a peer health educator and an undergraduate research assistant in various capacities. Moneal holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
