John Gookin

John Gookin, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Musco Lighting since July 2022. Prior to this role, John held various positions at isolved, including Operations Manager in Benefit Services where John executed HR strategies, implemented training programs, and reduced New Hire turnover rates significantly. Earlier in John's career, John worked as a Human Resources Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., and gained valuable experience in leadership development and organizational policy matters through roles at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and other organizations. John holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and the University of Northern Iowa, respectively.
