Mindy Henderson

Mindy Henderson is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leadership, advocacy, and project management across various sectors. As the Vice President of Disability Outreach & Empowerment at the Muscular Dystrophy Association since August 2021, Mindy oversees the Quest Media group, focusing on empowering the neuromuscular disease community through adaptive lifestyle content. Mindy has also been self-employed as a motivational speaker and author since June 2018, advocating for the equitable treatment of individuals with disabilities and discussing topics like diversity and goal-setting. Prior roles include managerial positions at Bazaarvoice, where Mindy significantly improved client satisfaction and operational efficiency, and at Bank of America, where Mindy managed product strategy and client services. Mindy holds a Master of Science in Leadership & Ethics from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Texas State University.
