Gina Xu

Gina Xu has over 17 years of experience in the biomedical and medical device fields, currently serving as a Quality Engineer at MTF since May 2006. In this role, Gina is responsible for updating Validation Master Records across various product lines and summarizing the efficacy and risks of new procedures. Previous roles include executing validation sterilizations of new materials and developing processing procedures for allograft tissue. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Research and Development Technician, where Gina conducted biological assays and maintained laboratory standards, and as a Medical Assistant at RWJMS, assisting with embalming donated bodies. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rutgers University.
