Joe Gilligan

Joe Gilligan is an experienced professional with a strong background in systems engineering and database administration. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at MTF, Joe has previously held the position of Research and Development Lead at Gilligan Consulting from March 2001 to January 2003, where significant expertise in mathematics and analysis techniques was developed. Additionally, Joe worked as a Senior DBA and Unix Administrator at Direct Group North America from August 1999 to May 2002, gaining valuable experience in demographics, data aggregation, and analysis while collaborating with skilled team members.
