Roberta Weston

Roberta Weston is an experienced engineering professional with over three decades in process engineering and product analysis. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Manager at MTF Biologics since February 2019, Roberta leads a team focused on process improvements, training, quality, and compliance. Prior to this role, Roberta held various positions at Gentex from 1991 to 2019, including Senior Product Analysis Manager, where responsibilities included root cause analysis and procedural development using Lean Six Sigma techniques. Roberta's extensive background spans from mechanical and design engineering to human factors, complemented by degrees in Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Human Factors, and a PMBA in Business Administration from respected institutions.
