Alex Jarocha-Ernst

Lead Programmer at Muse Games

Alex Jarocha-Ernst has been working in the software development industry since 2003. In 2004, they began working as a Software Developer (Co-Op) at GlaxoSmithKline, where they worked on Java development for various information visualization projects. The following year they moved to Digital Variant, where they worked as a Software Developer, doing web development for a number of sites. In 2007, they joined Muse Games as a Lead Programmer, where they have worked on most of their projects in some capacity, building and maintaining the technological core of their games. Alex is currently working on Wildmender, an eco-friendly survival game rich in procedural generation and a large simulated world.

Alex Jarocha-Ernst attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science.
