Regional Manager, Tri-State at Muse Paintbar

Sara Bloem is the current Regional Manager of Tri-State at Muse Paintbar. Sara was previously the Store Manager at Muse Paintbar Tribeca, where they oversaw all day-to-day operations in a high-volume painting studio. Her scope of responsibilities included inventory management, vendor communications, hiring, training, operational and maintenance initiatives, and all aspects of the bar and restaurant within the studio. Sara is responsible for bringing in $40,000 of new business in 2018 (5% increase YOY) and $120,000 of new business in 2019 (14% increase YOY). Sara also increased the average sale by 17% YOY in 2019. Sara is an artist herself and created original art, signage, and murals for the studio. Sara also produced original content for company social media accounts. In addition to their managerial responsibilities, Sara also performed support tasks such as opening and closing store, stocking merchandise, money management, and regular store audits. Sara tracked invoices and expenses while maintaining accurate financial records. Sara provided receptionist services, conducted site tours, and organized the studio. Sara also coordinated and ran special events for groups of up to 100 people. Lastly, Sara maintained store equipment and established compliance with state and local health codes.

Sara Bloem attended the Rhode Island School of Design, where they earned a BFA in Illustration with an English concentration and Honors. Sara also attended HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht) and Brown University. In addition, they have certification from Community Mediation Services - NYC in Basic Mediation Training, Queens Mediation Network, Community Mediation Services in Certified Mediator, ETIPS Inc in New York TIPS Certification, and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in Food Handler Card.
