Brandon Kirsch, MD, LLB, LLM

Brandon Kirsch, MD, LLB, LLM has a diverse work experience in the fields of dermatology, medicine, and law. Brandon is currently serving as the Chief Science Officer at Musely since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Consultant at Dermavant Sciences starting in September 2022.

Dr. Kirsch also held the position of Chief of Dermatology at Naples Community Hospital from July 2020. Before that, they practiced as a Dermatologist at Kirsch Dermatology since December 2019.

In addition to their clinical roles, Dr. Kirsch has held several leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Brandon served as the Vice President, Therapeutic Area Head - Dermatology at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from April 2021 to September 2021.

Prior to that, they were the Medical Director and Vice President of Clinical Development at Brickell Biotech, Inc. from August 2017 to October 2019.

Dr. Kirsch has also contributed to the academic field as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of Colorado from December 2017 to August 2018.

Brandon completed their residency in Dermatology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from June 2016 to July 2017, and a residency in Internal Medicine/Dermatology at Mayo Clinic from July 2013 to June 2016.

Before pursuing their medical career, Dr. Kirsch worked as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from July 2006 to February 2007, utilizing their LLB and LLM degrees.

Brandon Kirsch, MD, LLB, LLM has an extensive education history. Brandon first attended Western University from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree from Western University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.

Continuing their education, Brandon attended Georgetown University Law Center from 2004 to 2005 and obtained a Master of Laws degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Afterwards, they enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2009 to study Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.

Brandon attended Brown University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine degree. Brandon specializes in the field of Dermatology and is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. Brandon obtained this certification in September 2017.
