Vincent Lefevre

Vincent Lefevre is an accomplished professional in project management and real estate, currently serving as Directeur des Etudes, de la Programmation et du Patrimoine at Département des Bouches-du-Rhône since August 2023. Previously, Vincent held the position of Responsable du Service Patrimoine at Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence from December 2020 to August 2023. Vincent's extensive experience includes managing significant real estate projects at the Ambassade de France au Brésil and the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing construction, rehabilitation, and property management across various regions, including Latin America, the Caribbean, and Central Asia. Vincent also has a background in architectural programming with the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile. Academic qualifications include an engineering degree from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat and a Master’s in Urban Planning from Institut d'Urbanisme de Lyon, complemented by a certification in Smartbuilding project management from AFNOR Compétences.
