Shannon Green

Shannon Green is a seasoned arts educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in programming, teaching, and community engagement. As Co-Founder and Director of The Cool School Los Angeles since 2013, Shannon manages diverse educational programs, oversees the hiring and training of staff, and develops marketing strategies. Additionally, Shannon serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Academy of Art University and a Museum Educator at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where responsibilities include teaching art classes, coordinating outreach efforts, and developing lesson plans. An established artist, Shannon has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions since 1995, showcasing work in various prestigious venues. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Painting and Drawing from East Carolina University.
