Aileen Bishop is an accomplished museum professional with extensive experience in operational management and event coordination. Currently serving as Deputy Director at the Museum of Broadcast Communications since October 2017, Aileen has successfully navigated the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing a low-staff model and transitioning back to in-person programming. Prior to this role, Aileen was the Deputy Director at Wanderers' Refuge from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing all administrative functions and managing a high volume of events. Aileen's earlier career includes a position as Senior Project Manager at the University of Chicago from 2007 to 2014, leading IT project initiatives, and working as Senior Technical Director at AT&T from 2000 to 2007. Aileen holds a degree from the University of Delaware, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
