Eliza Giles

Eliza Giles is a skilled wellness professional with extensive experience in yoga facilitation and corporate wellness. Currently serving as the Founder and Director of Alchemy Through Ritual since January 2020, Eliza has also founded Room to Grow, focusing on corporate wellness since April 2016. Eliza has been involved with Power Living Australia Pty Ltd since 2013 as both a Yoga Facilitator and Teacher Training Facilitator, leading teacher training courses and retreats. Additional roles include facilitating yoga classes at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and providing yoga and mindfulness instruction at various organizations, including KPMG and Universal Music Group. Eliza's educational background includes Vinyasa and Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training, as well as meditation coaching.
