Lisa Landon-Smith

Lisa Landon-Smith has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the aviation industry. Lisa started their career in 2000 at Qantas, where they held positions such as General Manager of Network & Schedule Planning and General Manager of Finance & Strategy for Regional Airlines. During their time at Qantas, they led various strategic initiatives, including the design of the Finance support model and the acquisition of next-generation aircraft for the regional business. In 2019, they became the Head of Global Servicing Transformation at Qantas, overseeing a $2 billion transformation program. After taking a sabbatical from 2020 to 2021, Lisa joined the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia in March 2021 as the Director of Finance & Corporate Services.

Lisa Landon-Smith obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree, with a focus in Economics and Accounting, from the University of Sydney. Lisa later pursued a degree in Business Sustainability Management, with a specialization in Sustainability Leadership, at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Lisa completed the Chartered Accountant program at the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Lisa also participated in the Harvard Leadership program at the Harvard Business School, focusing on Leading in Turbulent Times.
