Visitor Engagement Ambassador at Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego

Georgina F. has a diverse background in arts education and visitor engagement, currently serving as a Visitor Engagement Ambassador at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego since March 2022. Prior to this role, Georgina was an Art Instructor at From the Heart Performance Art Center from August 2017 to March 2022, focusing on teaching fine arts to at-risk youth. Additionally, experience includes serving as Community Art Engagement Coordinator at Riverside Art Museum from April 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities included designing marketing materials and supporting youth art education programs. Georgina began as an intern in the Funds Department at UCR in 2015 and taught art to students from Pre-K through 6th grade during a subsequent tenure as an art instructor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of California, Riverside, and two Associate of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Fine and Studio Arts from Moreno Valley College.
