Anne-Marie Foster

Anne-Marie Foster has considerable experience in the field of HR and people management. Anne-Marie has held various roles in different organizations over the years.

From 2002 to 2007, Anne-Marie worked at De Montfort University as an HR Business Partner. In this role, they were involved in all aspects of senior HR operations, including change management, organizational development, restructuring, employee relations, recruitment, and policy development. Anne-Marie worked closely with senior management in the faculty to support the implementation of strategic goals.

In 2007, Anne-Marie joined The British Library as an HR Business Partner. During their time there, they also served as an Interim Head of HR from September 2019 to June 2020.

Most recently, Anne-Marie joined the Museum of London in 2020. Anne-Marie initially held the position of Head of HR before being promoted to the role of Chief Officer People and Culture in December 2021.
