Douglas Gilmore

Douglas Gilmore has held various roles throughout their career. Douglas started their work experience at Woolworths, where they worked in various business development and operational roles from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they joined the National Gallery Company Ltd as the Trading Director, responsible for commercial trading. Douglas stayed with the company until 2020 and delivered record income and contribution in 2018/19. In 2010, they became a Trustee at Wac Arts and held that role until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Trustee at Boostrap Company Ltd and interim Chair of the Board from July 2013. In 2013, they joined the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain as a Member of the Association, and they remain an active alumnus of the organization.
