Lauren Kashan

Lauren Kashan is currently a STEM Education Associate II at the Museum of Science, with a diverse background in education, technology, and animal care. Lauren has extensive experience in patient management as a Patient Coordinator at Plaza Podiatry and has previously interned as a Software Engineer for the ACLU, where skills in Vue.js, jQuery, and agile methodologies were developed. As the lead vocalist and tour manager for the band Sharptooth, Lauren combined performance and tour logistics, while earlier roles involved herpetological instruction and animal care at EcoAdventures, Towson University, and the National Aquarium. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Towson University.
