The Project Management Team at the Museum of Science oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, including exhibit production, technical design, IT initiatives, digital content, temporary and touring exhibitions, and web development. They ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, facilitating seamless integration across multiple departments.
