Kate Newton

Kate Newton is a dedicated professional in human resources with a Bachelor of Business degree specializing in Human Resources Management from Massey University. Currently serving as the People & Culture Coordinator at the Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT) since July 2022, Kate has also held the position of People and Culture Student Intern. Prior experience includes working as a Duty Manager at Stardome Observatory & Planetarium from January 2022 to February 2023, and as a Retail Assistant at Wild Wheat from September 2020 to January 2022. Kate started a career in the aviation industry with Air New Zealand, where responsibilities included working as Cabin Crew from June 2015 to March 2020.
