Andrew Puhanic

Andrew Puhanic has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Andrew started their career at SKILLED Group as a Job Placement Coordinator in June 2006 and later became a Senior Job Placement Coordinator in January 2008. In June 2009, they transitioned to the role of Training Coordinator before leaving the company in June 2010.

Following their time at SKILLED Group, Andrew joined Museums Victoria in June 2010 as a Recruitment & Training Coordinator. Andrew held this position until July 2014 when they became a Senior Employee Relations Advisor. In December 2017, they took on the role of Strategic Business Partner, People & Culture and later became the Head of People & Culture in October 2019. Andrew'stenure at Museums Victoria is ongoing.

Andrew Puhanic earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources & Financial Management from La Trobe University from 2004 to 2006. In 2003, they completed a Diploma of Human Resource Management in Human Resources Management and Services from Box Hill Institute. In 2009, they obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution. Andrew also obtained the certification of Team Management Systems (TMS) Accredited Facilitator from Team Management Systems - TMSOz.com in 2011.
