Ailish McKenna

Ailish McKenna is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as an L&D Business Partner at Musgrave since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ailish worked as a Learning Specialist at PwC from July 2021 to March 2023 and as a Learning Development Coordinator at Deloitte from February 2019 to July 2021. Ailish's career began with a contract as a Recruitment Coordinator at Accenture in 2018, followed by a role as an HR Summer Intern focused on Learning and Development at Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland. Additionally, Ailish gained retail experience as a Sales Assistant at Monsoon Accessorize from December 2015 to April 2018. Ailish is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, having previously obtained a degree in Social Science, specializing in Human and Organisation Development from University College Dublin.
