Caroline Walsh began their career at Kerry Foods as a Brand Manager in 2001. Caroline later became the Brand Manager for Cheese Snacks before leaving the company in 2006. In the same year, they joined Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland as a Brand Manager for SuperValu. Caroline then transitioned to the role of Project Manager for Innovation before becoming the Online Customer Manager for SuperValu from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they were appointed as the Head of OmniChannel at Musgrave, where they played a key role in driving the company's eCommerce business and achieving significant growth. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital Product at Musgrave, where they have been responsible for establishing Product Management and leading digital transformation initiatives. Caroline's work experience demonstrates their expertise in product management, digital strategy, and achieving revenue targets.

Caroline Walsh has a BSc in Food Business from University College Cork. Caroline also has a BSc degree from the same institution, although the field of study is not specified. In addition, Caroline obtained a certification in UX Foundation Training from UXTraining.com in 2016.
