John Counihan

John Counihan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. John is currently the owner of Alchemy Consulting & Org Development, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Musgrave, initially as an Operations Manager from September 2007 to June 2008, and later as a Distribution Centre Manager from June 2008 to June 2010. John then transitioned to Musgrave Retail Partners, where they served as a Logistics Project Manager from June 2010 to June 2014. Following this, they took on HR roles at Musgrave, starting as an HR Manager from July 2014 to July 2020, and then progressing to become the Head of HR from July 2020 until their move to Alchemy Consulting & Org Development. Additionally, they have experience in coaching, having worked as a Personal & Performance Coach at BYB Coaching from September 2010 to March 2011.

- In 2010-2011, they obtained a Certificate in Psychometrics - MBTI/16PF from the Irish Management Institute.
