With experience in companies like Ultrapar, C&A, Telefônica Vivo, and Itaú, Beatriz has a strong background in HR, organizational development, training, and culture analysis. She holds a Master of Business Administration from FGV and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
