Helen Choudhury

Helen Choudhury LLM is a seasoned expert in diversity, equality, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at the Music Publishers Association (UK) since December 2021. In this role, Helen leads initiatives such as the NXT Gen Scholars Programme, aimed at enhancing entry into the music sector for marginalized individuals. Additional responsibilities include being a Champion for Menopause and related health matters and serving on various advisory and taskforce committees, such as the Education and Training Committee for Action for Trustee Racial Diversity UK and the Diversity Taskforce of UK Music Ltd. Previous positions include Group Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Choice Support and National Diversity and Inclusion Manager at RSM UK. Helen holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of London, a BA (Hons) in Law with Sociology from Middlesex University, and a teaching qualification from the Advanced Training Academy.
