Khaing Sithuu Tindianos is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), currently serving as the Director and Global Head of DEIB at The Associated Press. Prior roles include Associate Director of People & Culture focusing on DEI at Mediabrands and Global Program Manager for Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity Talent Strategy at American Express. Khaing also took time for caregiving and full-time parenting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Yangon University of Economics and studies at Institut français de Birmanie from 2001 to 2003.
