Mhukayesango Tarharka

Mhukayesango Tarharka has extensive experience in the arts, particularly in music and performance. Serving as a musician teacher since August 2000, Tarharka specializes in storytelling through song and sound. Previously, from January 1986 to December 1999, Tarharka held the position of Artistic Director at Savannah Arts in Mbare, Harare, overseeing day-to-day music, theatre, and dance workshops, fostering collaboration among teachers, community social workers, and development agents. Additionally, from January 1994 to June 1999, Tarharka contributed as an actor and musician while also serving as Artistic Director at Savannah Arts Center. Education was completed at Harare High School.
