Lauren Parsons

Lauren Parsons is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in program development, infection control, and quality improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Development and Implementation at Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare since May 2023, Lauren focuses on chronic disease management and enhancing digital health literacy. Prior roles include managing outpatient services and infection control practices at Mount Sinai Hospital and Trillium Health Partners, respectively. Lauren's background also encompasses public health inspection and vector-borne disease surveillance with regional health authorities. Currently pursuing degrees in Healthcare Analytics and Quality Improvement from the University of Toronto, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
