Muhammad Muhyedeen

Muhammad Muhyedeen currently serves as the Senior Manager of Public Policy & Strategy at the Muslim Public Affairs Council Foundation, a position held since February 2020, focusing on research related to human rights, democracy, and pluralism. Prior experience includes a Manager role for Public Policy & Advocacy Programs at The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in 2018, where Muhammad conducted research for a safety database for Iraqi nationals and co-produced an economic impact analysis. As an intern in the Michigan House of Representatives, Muhammad researched various policy issues for state Rep. Abdullah Hammoud, and earlier at DTE Energy, created operational procedures and contributed to compliance efforts. Muhammad holds a Master of Public Policy from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance from Eastern Michigan University.
