Gabriel de Urioste has a diverse experience in the field of visual media production. Gabriel began their career as a Freelance Photographer in 2010, working independently until 2017. In 2012, Gabriel worked as a Freelance Video Editor for Condé Nast, and later joined hillmancurtis, inc. as a Director, Producer, and Editor, where they contributed to various projects such as the short film "Powerhouse Books" and the Guide to Graphic Design video series.

In 2014, Gabriel worked as a Freelance Videographer and Editor for Illium Pictures, and the following year, they took up the role of a Freelance Video Editor at Hero Content, Reddit Inc., and Vox Media, Inc.

Gabriel's passion for filmmaking led to him producing, directing, and writing their own projects. As a Writer, Producer, and Director, they created the sci-fi drama "PROGRAM" in 2017, which received critical acclaim and was featured at the New York Film Festival. Additionally, they served as the Producer, Editor, and Director of the short documentary "The Unseen Beauty," profiling Ghanaian artist Sam Adoquei.

Furthermore, Gabriel has contributed to the production of music videos, such as "Dream Bigger" in 2023 and "A Stranger's House" in 2022, working as the Director of Photography. Gabriel'stalent in editing and videography also led him to act as a Freelance Video Editor for Mustache, Acres New York, and Vox Media, Inc., between 2015 and 2016.

Through their varied roles and experiences, Gabriel has consistently exhibited strong creative skills and a passion for visual storytelling.

Gabriel de Urioste completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Film & Television Production from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
