Jon Twidale

Jon Twidale is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the marine and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager at Mustang Survival since May 2023, Jon previously held the role of Engineering Manager at Jastram Engineering Ltd. from April 2012 to June 2023, where a transition from Operations Manager to Engineering Manager was made. Jon's background includes leadership roles in designing and manufacturing marine hydraulic steering systems, overseeing operations for manufacturing assemblies, and managing projects for equipment in the underground drilling and utility infrastructure sectors at DCD Design & Manufacturing Ltd. and DBC Marine Safety Systems Ltd. Jon began a career in engineering with a student position at the National Research Council Canada, contributing to aerospace research. Jon holds a BASc in Metals and Materials from The University of British Columbia.
