Piotr Slawinski

Piotr Slawinski, PhD, is an accomplished engineering manager with expertise in robotics and controls, currently leading efforts at Noah Medical since September 2019. Alongside this role, Piotr serves on the Industry Educational Advisory Board for Vanderbilt University's M.Eng. in Surgery and Intervention Program and previously held the position of PhD candidate at Vanderbilt, where dissertation research focused on magnetic control of endoscopic robots. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at MRail Inc., and involvement in NASA microgravity projects as a team lead and undergraduate research assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Piotr holds a PhD and an MS from Vanderbilt University, a BS from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and continues to enhance skills in machinery operation at Southeast Community College.
