Shirelle Boyd

Shirelle Boyd is an accomplished foodservice professional with extensive experience in culinary management and education. Currently serving as Foodservice Director at the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph since December 2017, Shirelle focuses on enhancing food literacy programs for youth. As Market Kitchen team leader at Mustard Seed Market & Cafe since February 2015, Shirelle manages financial operations and successfully launched a commissary program that surpassed sales expectations in its first year. Additionally, Shirelle has been a Culinary Educator with Old Ways Foundation since 2014, teaching fundamental kitchen safety and healthy cooking practices. Previous roles include Director of Dining Services at Bon Appétit Management Company, where Shirelle handled vendor relations and staff training. Shirelle Boyd holds a degree from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 1992 and 1996.
