Panu Hannula

Panu Hannula has a strong background in IT and advisory roles. Panu is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Efecte Plc, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were an Advisor at Luoto Company from 2018 onwards. Panu also served as the Group CIO at Musti Group from November 2015 and continues to hold this role. Panu Hannula earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology during the period from 1987 to 1992. In May 2021, they obtained the certification of Certified Board Member (HHJ) from Keskuskauppakamari (Finland Chamber of Commerce).
