Luca Gallo

Luca Gallo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in restructuring and transformation roles. Currently serving as Chief Restructuring Officer at Cimos since August 2022, Luca leads all value creation activities and possesses full P&L ownership. Concurrently, as Head of Transformation at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, Luca oversees value creation and turnaround initiatives. Previous roles include Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and Manager at Efficio, where Luca focused on strategy and implementation for private equity funds. Early career experience includes strategic consulting at 3H Partners and research positions at Rolls-Royce University Technology Centre. Luca holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Cranfield University and a Master's in Thermal Power from the same institution, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
