Luisa Stellmach

Luisa Stellmach is an Associate Legal M&A at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA since January 2023 and a qualified Rechtsanwältin (Syndikusrechtsanwältin). Previous experience includes working as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from April 2021 to December 2022 and as a Rechtsreferendarin with a focus on tax at various institutions including the Oberlandesgericht München and Linklaters. Luisa has also held positions as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at DLA Piper and as a student assistant at both Lazard Asset Management and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Luisa earned the Erstes Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and Goethe Universität.
