Antonio Lopez's work experience begins in 2013 as an Engineering Intern at MDU by CarburesGroup. In this role, they programmed functional tests for aircraft, participated in the development of a new computer aided test system, and designed manufacturing processes for electrical components on aircraft.
Antonio then joined Ricardo plc in 2014 as a Chassis Controls Engineer, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they also served as a Resident ADAS Validation Engineer at Bentley. From 2016 to 2018, Antonio held various roles at Ricardo plc, including Engine Systems Engineer, BMS Hardware Test Engineer, and Application Software Engineer for xEV Powertrain Controls.
In 2018, they became a Team Leader for xEV Powertrain Controls at Ricardo plc, and in 2021, they were promoted to Department Manager for xEV Powertrain Controls, Software, and Simulation. Antonio's tenure at Ricardo plc lasted until 2022.
Currently, Antonio Lopez holds two positions at MUTE International, starting in 2022. Antonio serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Country Manager for Spain.
Antonio Lopez completed their Engineer's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla from 2008 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Automotive Mechatronics from Cranfield University, which they completed between 2013 and 2014.
