Mini Suresh

Mini Suresh has a diverse background in human resources and administration. Mini began their career in 1996 as a Project Coordinator at Quest Call Centre P Ltd. From there, they worked as a Team Leader - Marketing at Sectrum soft tech Solutions Pvt.Ltd. In 2006, they joined ISM Technologies as an Admin. - Executive before moving on to SGI Netronices Pvt. Ltd. as an Admin-HR and Recruitment professional. In 2011, Mini joined Muthoot Capital Services Ltd., initially as a Senior Manager - HCMD and eventually assuming the role of Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Overall, Mini has gained significant experience in various roles within the HR and administration fields.

Mini Suresh completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from JBAS College in Chennai from 1990 to 1993. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Economics from the University of Madras between 1993 and 1995. In 1994 and 1995, they also attended Allahabad University to study Siksha Visharad in Hindi. Finally, from 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras.
