Shibu Baby

Shibu Baby is an experienced professional in the field of collections, currently serving as the Head of Collections at The Muthoot Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Shibu held the position of Head of Collections (Retail) at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank from November 2022 to July 2024, and served as Regional Manager Collections at Kotak Mahindra Bank from February 2010 to November 2022. Shibu graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Calicut between 1994 and 1997.
