Deepa Deshmukh

Deepa Deshmukh has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Deepa currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Quinnox as an Employee Experience professional from November 2021 to April 2023. Deepa also held the role of Deputy Vice President - Head Talent Acquisition at Capri Global Capital Ltd. from August 2018 to October 2021. Deepa Deshmukh has experience at Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Vice President from March 2017 to August 2018. In addition, they worked at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. as a Senior Manager - Human Capital from November 2010 to March 2017, where they played a significant role in recruitment and talent management. Deepa Deshmukh completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Mumbai from 2019 to 2022. In 2021 to 2022, they also pursued an Executive Program in HR Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's in Human Resource Development from the Welingkar Institute of Management from 2007 to 2010. Lastly, Deepa earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Commerce from Mumbai University between 2001 and 2003.
