Kristen Walters

Kristen Walters is an experienced professional in agency operations and production management, currently serving as Executive Director of Agency Operations at Mutiny since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen held several key positions at Saltwater Collective from October 2017 to January 2024, including Director of Production. Kristen's career at VaynerMedia spanned from July 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities included developing and leading the first Integrated Production team as VP of Integrated Production, managing a team of over 20 project managers, and building the department's new-hire training program. Earlier in the career, Kristen worked as a Project Manager at Big Fuel Communications LLC. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Theatre from the College of the Holy Cross, earned in 2008.
