Molly Bruckman

Head of Customer Experience at Mutiny

Molly Bruckman is the current Head of Customer Experience at Mutiny. Molly has also held positions at Northeastern University, John Hancock, Cogito Corp, and Nashua Pride Minor League Baseball.

Molly Bruckman began their career in 2005 as a mascot for the Nashua Pride Minor League Baseball team. In 2008, they took on the role of Administrative Assistant at Schwartz Law Office. The following year, they became a Mentor at Northeastern University, a position they held until 2012. During this time, they also completed an actuarial co-op at John Hancock from June 2011 to December 2011.

In 2013, Molly Bruckman joined Cogito Corp as a Machine Learning Co-op and stayed with the company until August 2013. Molly then returned to Mutiny, where they have been Head of Customer Experience since January 2013.

Molly Bruckman has a BS in Mathematics from Northeastern University and a High School Diploma from Nashua High School South. Molly is also certified by the American Sailing Association as an ASA Certified Sailor and by Mutiny as a Mutiny Personalization Fundamentals.

Molly Bruckman works with Kevin Yien - Head of Product & Design, Ryan Narod - Head of Marketing, and Nikhil Mathew - CTO & Co-Founder. Their manager is Jaleh Rezaei, CEO & Co-Founder.
