Regina Magaril

Regina Magaril has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Regina currently serves as the Head of Demand Generation at Mutiny since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at WorkBoard Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Regional Lead & Director, Professional Services, Director, Results Foundry (Community Marketing), Lead Manager, Professional Services, and Manager, Professional Services. Regina was responsible for managing teams, facilitating and advising senior-level teams on OKRs, driving customer success and retention, and organizing events. Before joining WorkBoard Inc., Regina worked at Deloitte as a Strategy and Operations Senior Consultant, specializing in process optimization and software implementations. Regina began their career as an Accountant at NetApp SolidFire in 2015.

Regina Magaril holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. Regina is also a Certified OKR Coach, having obtained the certification in 2018 from Certified OKR Coaches, sponsored by WorkBoard. Additionally, Regina is a Results Foundry Faculty Member at WorkBoard and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the California Board of Accountancy in 2017.
