Marta Cruz

Marta Cruz has worked in the marketing and communication industry since 2008. Marta began their career as an Intership in Advertising and Public Relations at TOUS. In 2014, they took on the role of Assistant Account Manager at XXL COMUNICACIÓN, where they were responsible for writing press releases, managing and controlling media and communication supports, producing events and showrooms, and managing brand and client contact. In 2015, Marta Cruz worked in three different roles: Communication at First Tuesday España, Marketing Communication Manager at URSULITAS, and Junior Communication Associate at Conector Startup Accelerator. In this role, they were responsible for content management, SEO, PR, event organization, HR, and community management. From 2016 to 2022, Marta Cruz worked as a Marketing Manager at Seedstockers, where they were responsible for searching and developing new business opportunities, managing teams, attending fairs and events, and constantly analyzing the competition. Most recently, Marta Cruz took on the role of Head of Marketing at Mutter Ventures.

Marta Cruz has an education history that includes attending the ACE Incubator, Science Park, Amsterdam in 2019 where they completed the Ready to Scale - Start-up program in Business Development. Marta also attended ESERP Business School from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Publicidad, marketing y relaciones públicas. In addition, from 2011 to 2014 they attended UNIR, where they obtained a degree in Comunicación.
