Fran Vaughn Ma, Sphr, Cebs

Fran Vaughn has over 40 years of work experience. They started their career at MeadWestvaco in 1979 as a Materials Manager and held this role for 28 years until 2007. In January 2021, Fran joined Mutual Benefit Group as the Chief Human Resources Officer, where they are currently employed.

Fran Vaughn, MA, SPHR, CEBS completed a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Saint Francis University between 1992 and 1994. Additionally, Fran Vaughn pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations from the same institution, although no specific dates were provided for this program.
