The Transport and Logistics Management team at Mutual Logistics oversees the organization and optimization of national and international transportation, manages warehousing (both dry and refrigerated), handles order preparation, stock management, and Co-Packing. They utilize innovative shared logistics capacity models to help clients reduce costs while ensuring high-quality service. This team includes roles such as transport flow managers, stock management, logistics project leaders, and commercial transport managers.
