Terrance Walton

Terrance Walton is an experienced mortgage professional with a strong background in loan origination and branch management. Currently serving as a Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage since June 2022, Terrance previously held the position of Branch Manager at NEXA Mortgage, overseeing loan operations and staff development. At Strong Home Mortgage, LLC, Terrance played a pivotal role in transforming a struggling branch into a successful operation by implementing a new process management system. With a career spanning over two decades, Terrance has held various roles, including Sr Loan Officer and Mortgage Consultant/Branch Manager, and gained early experience at AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE CO., where promotion to Branch Manager resulted from high production achievements. Educationally, Terrance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Christopher Newport University.
